Lifesavers! Adrian and Jose were sent to my house late at night due to my bathtub being clogged, they got to work right away! They were so respectful and helpful. They were in and out of my house and my problem was fixed! Recommend Ritz Plumbing for their honest and effective approach. Started off rocky but Adrian went above and beyond to make it right. I’ve done two large projects with Ritz but recently during a sewer line relining + top hat installation there were a few missteps: 1) lack of communication about when services will be performed. Was told wrong date and time for top hat installation with no follow up 2) no pictures / videos of before / after job, despite follow up for 3 weeks daily with no response 3) sprinkler lines that needed to be cut for the job were patched up so badly I had to hire another crew to do it properly After talking to Ritz, I was reassigned to Adrian who made it right. He provided consistent communication and came out immediately to camera the line. Appreciate the effort to make it better, and because of that I’ll go back to Adrian for the next job.

Rich plumbing and heating sent a drain out for a recall on a leaking water pipe going to our shower valve and I couldn't be happier with the service he showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and handled the repair right away without any extra charge. He double checked the entire area to make sure there were no other issues and left everything clean and working perfectly. Five stars-- they really stand behind their work.

The sewer system had to be sleeved in several spots. The 2 young men worked hard to dig 3 holes to sleeve, reconnect to pipes and put everything back. Patio bricks were cut out. The mason put it back and it looks good.

I had an issue after a previous visit and wasn't fully satisfied with the work, but Adrian from Rich plumbing and heating came back out personally to make things right. He explained everything clearly corrected the problem on the spot and even did the work at no extra charge. It's rare to find a company that truly stands behind their service, but Adrian made sure all was taken care of. I really appreciate the professionalism and follow through. He's also very courteous

Sink faucet / under sink piping install / Water turn on. Called Ritz at 630pm on a Saturday. They sent out Aaron by 7:30pm. Reviewed our project. Went to Hone Depot to get supplies. Returned and installed everything by 8:30pm. Works great. Professional and affordable.

I recently had Ritz Plumbing out to assess a problem under my kitchen sink. Kevin and Victor came out first and explained everything clearly. Once they sent a camera through the line, they discovered the issue was much worse than I expected — one section of the sewer line had shifted, and another section had a large root. Every crew that came out during the repair process was professional, respectful, and truly gentlemanly. I want to give a special thank‑you to Kevin, who did most of the work. His professionalism and dedication made a stressful situation much easier. The repair was expensive and took about 12 days, but now I finally have peace of mind knowing the problem is fixed correctly. I would definitely call Ritz Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

It kept happening. I get in the shower, turn on the faucet and…blood…everywhere…coming out of the faucets and filling up the shower and the bathroom floor. No, I couldn’t tolerate it so I called the best plumbers in town. They came… with a bible and a wrench. Diego immediately diagnosed the problem. A cookooie had made a home in the pipes under my shower. Diego got his snake and snaked the cookooie out of the pipe then beat him to death with a wrench as he recited psalms 23:4. To call ritz great plumbers would be a massive understatement. They are demonslayers, keeping our plane of existence safe from the parasitic underworld.

I needed a washer installed in my Condo, after dealing with a few plumbers and being given the run around, I was referred to Ritz Plumbing! The day I called Adrian M came out to see my needs! He and his crew were fantastic! And they were ready to start asap! We worked together on the day and they brought out a plumber by the name of Hulices! What an artist! Very knowledgeable and friendly! They finished the job and came back the next day to check on me! I will be using them in all my future projects that involve plumbing for sure!
